There are many squash players who have the same experience.
Before entering the squash court
Stretch, especially Achilles's heels.
Some people hang towels at the back wall of the court
but in squash, back wall is used. So do not hang the
towels at the back wall.
If both of you are biginners, look around and find someone who seems more
experienced and ask the person to teach you around 10 minutes.
Most of the experienced squash players are happy to teach biginners if
you are first time to play squash.
But most of the experienced players do not teach you if you don't ask them to
do so because they are afraid of interfering you enjoying squash.
When you entered the squash court
Warm up the ball around 3 minutes hitting the ball each other with the
same sides.
After the warm up, hit the ball each other using all court.
If you think the ball or the racket may hit your partner, don't hesitate
to stop the racket.
At first, it's important that you enjoy the rally not caring about
the rules so strictly.
You don't use fast ball when you serve the ball unlike tennis services.
Even pro squash players sometimes serve slow services because
fast services hit the back wall and those services may not be always hard to
be returned.
I recomment you to read squash tips in these pages. Part 1, part2, part 3 and Part 4.
