As far as I know, Jacob Magnusson (keyboard player) released 3 albums including this one. This is his 2nd album featuring his vocals on the almost all tracks, and only released in Europe. You can also find out the names such as Jay Graydon Richard Page and/or Steve George as songwriters in addition to the following musicians credit.

 

For your information, his 1st album "Special Treatment" (1979 Warner Bros) featuring Bill Champlin and his 3rd album "Time Zone" (1986 Golden Boy Jazz) were released in USA are basically instrumental fusion album, so you cannot except vocal tracks on them.
