"Mikado" means a emperor, "tokkuri" is a sake bottle, and "bachi(=hachi)" is a bee or wasp. This wasp makes a nest whose shape is like a bottle. In the photo, Mikado-tokkuri-bati is making a ball out of soil to make a nest.
