Simplified to Traditional Chinese

This is a very simple perl script which can convert from Simplified Chinese to Traditional Chinese. For all cases there are more than one candidates, the script generates a string "candidate_1/candidate_2", etc.

This is certainly not a perfect script, but its data may be useful for some researchers...
