Family: A wife and two daughters named Tomoko (4 years) and Akiko (2 year) and Mariko (0 year).

Stirling engines are both of my official work and my hobby. I have built more than 40 model Stirling engines as the hobby. I regret that I can't put all these engines on my home page. I have received many questions and messages by E-mail. However I cannot reply them nowadays, because I have spend with my daughters at much of the private time. Please wait patiently the reply and update the private web page till growing up them.
I wish to thank everyone who helped me make my home page.

On the other hand, I keep up to study of the Stirling engine as one of my official works. Please contact to my official site at National Maritime Research Institute. You can download several PDF files of my papers related the Stirling engine at 'Research Publications' of 'Hirata HOME'.
