Currently and in the past I have worked as a stage director / operations manager for major events and computer consultants in Japan as well as internationally, as listed below.
Work experience in Japan
KOBE Luminarie 1i?995-1996 1998-1999
I was part of the team responsible for general operations including crowd control and security. This event is one of the largest scale events held in Japan which draws daily crowd numbers of 500,000 people and has a duration of two weeks.
Kyoto Festival 1994-1996, 1999
I was a member of an operations team which organised the complete event. The Kyoto festival is a large scale operation taking place in Kyoto on an annual basis which draws tourists from Japan and internationally. Over and above 500,000 people attend this event daily which includes various parades and festival activities.
Japan EXPO 97' in Tottori
I was a member of the team directly responsible for organising and carrying out the operation of evening events including parades, laserlight shows, fireworks and stage performances.
