simply e-mail us book #, author, title with your name, address, and the shipping method you'd prefer. this is to be an enquiry step. we will make our reply to you as soon as possible.
receive our confirmation including exact price / cost information and detailed book conditions, sometimes with picture images attached to e-mail, then go to the second step to make your real order: on receiving this second e-mail, we will mark the book 'On Hold' on our booklist and wait for your payment to arrive as long as 3 weeks at longest.
payment should be made basically in an international postal money order drawn in japanese yen sent to us via air. if inconvenient, ask us if other choice of yours can be acceptable to us.
in other cases like book-to-book trade may be negotiable if only the price of your photo book can be unquestionably evaluated by us or by third parties.
if you didn't like the book bought from us, tell us why and ship the book back to us within 14 days. we will pay all the money back to you in the same method you chose to pay us. returning the book after that limit and within a month will be accepted as 'buying back' the book at 30% off the price you bought. and no returns will be acceptable beyond these responsible periods.
